Coverage
Independence American Insurance Company earned $1.20 million of California premium on the Figo program in 2021, $7.39 million in 2022 and $18.15 million in 2023 (CDI filing 25-613, which lists Figo's own rate file as 22-299). Rate file 22-299 (2022) requested +11.6%; we have not found the approved figure. Consolidated filing 25-613, approved on 16 April 2026, says it includes the V4, Figo and PetPartners programs; its manual adds a 0.85 factor for members of paid warehouse clubs, and the rule for that factor names no club or brand. The pages we read do not say whether Figo policies are now rated on that manual, so no price or score is shown. Figo's document page links a separate California document (Prop_103_terms_and_cond.pdf) that we have not read. Waiting periods, enrollment ages and coverage flags were not checked for California.
